Lololol My friend Zabrina chose what muscle group I should work on today. Which was arms! Now my arms are dead.. Jesus Zabrina… ;)
Arms
Bicep curls - 10 x 3
Diamond push ups - 10 x 3
Reverse grip bicep curls - 10 x 3
Diamond push ups - 10 x 3
Out to in bicep curls - 10 x 3
Diamond push ups - 10 x 3
(all bicep curls done with a 7 kg dumbbells)
Negative bicep cirls - 6 on each arm
Diamond push ups 20
(done with a 12kg dumbbell)
Bent over rows - 10.

Workout - day 8(6.02.12)
Today I did le chest. Looking up some workouts yesterday, saw the massive chests these guys had so it was at that moment I decided to do chest.
Chest
Pec flys - 8 x 2
(done with 7 kg dumbbells)
diamond push push ups - 50 x 2
Slow diamond push ups - 15 x 2
Spiderman push ups - 10 on each side. x 2
Elevated diamond push ups - 10 x 2
Elevated regular push ups - 10 x 2.
Core
Plank - 30 seconds x 2
Knee to elbow planking - 10 on each side.

Played a rugby match! We lost! :(( Good workout though i’m aching everywhere!
